Credit: Alexander Gerst\/ESA\/NASA<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>As of 8 p.m. EDT Wednesday (0000 GMT Thursday), the National Hurricane Center said Hurricane Florence\u2019s maximum sustained winds were 115 mph, a Category 3 storm.
