Temperatures will be 55F to 61F.&nbsp; Max upper level winds will be southwesterly at 125 knots from 32,000 to 36,000 feet.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUnfavorable weather may delay the launch.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Liftoff is scheduled for 7:17 p.m. local time (10:17 p.m. EST).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rainy weather at the California launch site is forecast to put a damper on plans to fly an Atlas 5 rocket on Thursday evening.
