(ESA \/ NASA Photo \/ Thomas Pesquet)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>SpaceX\u2019s robotic Dragon capsule has made a trouble-free cargo delivery to the International Space Station, one day after a navigational glitch forced a rare wave-off.<\/p>\n<p>Astronauts used the station\u2019s robotic arm to bring in the Dragon for its attachment to a port on the Harmony module at 5:12 a.m. PT today.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cToday was smooth sailing all the way along,\u201d NASA spokesman Rob Navias said after the hookup. \u201cA perfect vehicle for SpaceX, as it arrived right on time.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"SpaceX Dragon CRS-10 capture\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/vg9zniYz39U?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen=\"\" data-ratio=\"0.5625\" data-width=\"800\" data-height=\"450\" style=\"display: block; margin: 0px; width: 800px; height: 450px;\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Wednesday\u2019s rendezvous was spoiled when the Dragon\u2019s computers received an incorrect reading for its position relative to the space station at a distance of about 1,200 feet. That triggered an automatic abort for the cargo ship\u2019s approach.<\/p>\n<p>The Dragon was launched on Sunday with nearly 5,500 pounds of supplies and experiments, including a scientific package that will be mounted onto the space station\u2019s exterior and study the atmosphere from above.<\/p>\n<p>Yet another arrival is expected early Friday, when a Russian Progress robotic cargo ship is due to deliver another 5,400 pounds of supplies to the station.
