It is illegal to fly drones above 400 feet, or have the UAVs drift beyond line of sight.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-112105\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.geekwire.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/amazonprimeair-620x317.jpg\" alt=\"amazonprimeair\" width=\"400\" height=\"205\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cdn.geekwire.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/amazonprimeair-620x317.jpg 620w, https:\/\/cdn.geekwire.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/amazonprimeair-300x153.jpg 300w, https:\/\/cdn.geekwire.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/amazonprimeair-200x102.jpg 200w, https:\/\/cdn.geekwire.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/amazonprimeair-150x76.jpg 150w, https:\/\/cdn.geekwire.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/amazonprimeair.jpg 1020w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\">Amazon.com, which is working on testing its Prime Air fleet of drones, last month called for regulations that would designate&nbsp;special&nbsp;airspace between 200 or 400 feet for commercial drones like the ones being developed by Amazon. It also suggested a \u201cno fly zone\u201d for drones between 400 feet and 500 feet.
