Ralph Hall, a Republican from Texas, addressed the issue briefly in his opening statement:&nbsp;\u201cI would like to note for the Members of the Committee that one company, Blue Origin, has received $14.9 million in Federal funds under this program but declined to testify today \u2014 and, I have declined to subpoena them.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bezos vowed in September to continue pressing ahead with the Blue Origin work, including development of a crew capsule, following a \u201cflight instability\u201d that resulted in the destruction of a Blue Origin test spacecraft in the skies over West Texas.<\/p>\n<p><em>(Thanks to Isaac Alexander for his help.
