In 2024, Vantor secured a follow-on contract for the programme, potentially valued at up to $359 million over five years.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the agreement, Vantor will deliver its GEGD Pro platform, a web-based system that integrates artificial intelligence to combine data from satellites, drones and other sensors. The platform automates key stages of the spatial intelligence lifecycle, including data collection, processing and analysis.<\/p>\n<p>Vantor said GEGD Pro currently provides access to both commercial and government-supplied geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) for more than 1.2 million users across over 250 government organisations, including vetted federal and allied partners.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe platform delivers uninterrupted, trusted access to GEOINT, enabling faster, more informed operational decisions and delivering capabilities that can extend beyond a single agency to other mission partners,\u201d said Susanne Hake, executive vice president and general manager for U.S. Government at Vantor.<\/p>\n<p>The latest version of GEGD Pro includes enhancements such as expanded access to commercial imagery, improved interoperability across mobile and enterprise systems, modern application programming interfaces (APIs) for automated data access, and upgraded integration of government-furnished information.<\/p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vantor said on Monday it has received a $70 million award from the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) for the first option year of a programme providing access to a database of unclassified satellite and sensor-derived imagery.
