Anduril Industries has announced plans to acquire ExoAnalytic Solutions, a move expected to significantly expand Anduril\u2019s space surveillance and tracking capabilities for national security customers.<\/p>\n
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Once completed, the deal will more than double Anduril\u2019s space-focused workforce, increasing it from about 120 employees to more than 250 after integrating ExoAnalytic\u2019s 130-plus staff.<\/p>\n
The acquisition strengthens Anduril\u2019s capabilities in space situational awareness (SSA)\u2014the monitoring and tracking of satellites, debris and other objects in orbit\u2014an increasingly critical component of defense space operations.<\/p>\n
\u201cUltimately we believe the department deserves the best catalog of everything going on in space,\u201d said Gokul Subramanian. \u201cWe want to be part of that solution for the warfighter.\u201d<\/p>\n
ExoAnalytic operates a global network of more than 400 telescopes used to track satellites and other orbital objects. The company provides classified tracking, modeling and simulation services to the United States Department of Defense.<\/p>\n
Anduril already provides SSA services to the United States Space Force, including work under a five-year $99.7 million contract awarded in 2024 to support improvements to the Space Surveillance Network.<\/p>\n
Under the deal, ExoAnalytic will be fully integrated into Anduril rather than operated as a subsidiary, meaning its engineers will work directly on Anduril projects. However, the company will continue to offer ExoAnalytic\u2019s existing services to external customers.<\/p>\n
