It took around 1.5M cubic yards of soil to to raise the area to around 7 feet above sea level. Pilings were 406mm in diameter &amp; 9.5mm thick and driven almost 50m. It took around 60,000 tons &amp; 45,000 pieces of steel to build this skeleton. Dr. Kurt H. Each 139m high, made up of 7 vertical &amp; 4 horizonal panels.
