The reasons are not complicated: industry boundaries are blurred, data standards are confusing, technical paths are extremely different, and many capabilities cannot be directly quantified with a number. The result is: <\/p>\n<p>We are all in the same industry, but not on the same picture.<\/p>\n<p> The meaning of the list has never been to &#8220;evaluate winners and losers&#8221;, but to put the industry into a comparable coordinate system for the first time. <\/p>\n<p>02<\/p>\n<p>Why make this list?<\/p>\n<p> NiHaoSpace does not consider itself \u201cqualified to define the industry.\u201d We chose to make the list for only one reason: <\/p>\n<p>Without a set of open, explainable, and reviewable evaluation logic, it will be difficult for China&#8217;s commercial aerospace industry to enter a long-term, rational stage of competition.<\/p>\n<p> Therefore, we have made three bottom lines clear from the beginning: We will not make a reputation list. We will not make a list of \u201csee who is better at telling stories.\u201d This is not a list used to create emotions, but a set of public tools that try to precipitate industry consensus. <\/p>\n<p>03<\/p>\n<p>The core logic of the list<\/p>\n<p> All &#8220;2026 China&#8217;s Top 10 Commercial Aerospace Lists&#8221; uniformly follow the same set of three-layer evaluation logic. The first layer | Facts and data This layer only solves one question: Does it really exist and is it advancing? We focus on: Whether the project and product are real Whether key progress is verifiable Whether business behavior has a basic closed loop This is the minimum threshold for entering the evaluation pool. Second layer | Structural capabilities This layer is the key to widening the gap. Key assessments: Technology maturity and engineering credibility Productization and scale path Stable delivery and system integration capabilities Cost, supply chain and organizational execution This does not look at &#8220;how well it is said&#8221;, but only whether it has formed reusable industrial capabilities. The third layer | Industry value. This layer answers longer-term questions: Whether it solves real industry problems. Whether it is irreplaceable in the industrial chain. What it means to the overall structure of China&#8217;s commercial aerospace industry. Expert review mainly focuses on this layer. But it should be noted that expert judgment is not a pat on the head, but is completed within clear dimensions. <\/p>\n<p>04<\/p>\n<p>Why do only some lists have clear rankings?<\/p>\n<p> This is one of the most asked questions. The answer is simple: <\/p>\n<p>Not all tracks are suitable for linear ranking.<\/p>\n<p> Rocket and satellite manufacturing: Products are clearly defined. Engineering indicators are highly homogeneous. Quantifiable and comparable. In areas such as applications, services, and emerging companies: Business models are hugely different. Development stages cannot be directly compared. Forcing rankings will only create misleading. FAQ<\/p>\n<p>We have compiled the four list weighting and evaluation issues that the industry is most concerned about for reference.<\/p>\n<p>Q1: Why is the list not mainly based on financing amount, valuation or background?<\/p>\n<p>Because financing capabilities are not equal to industrial capabilities. In China\u2019s commercial aerospace industry:<\/p>\n<p>The financing stage is greatly affected by policy cycles and capital preferences.<\/p>\n<p>For companies with the same technological maturity, the difference in financing can be several times higher<\/p>\n<p>Financing reflects more on financial judgment than engineering and delivery capabilities<\/p>\n<p>The Hello Space list regards financing as an auxiliary indicator rather than the core ranking basis. The purpose is to prevent capital enthusiasm from covering up the real differences in technology, products and delivery.<\/p>\n<p>Q2: Why pay more attention to technology maturity and productization?<\/p>\n<p>Because commercial aerospace is ultimately a delivery industry.
