Gerth Aerospace<\/p>\n
Date of establishment: 2022 Financing status: Completed 1 billion yuan in A+ round of financing in December 2024 Shanghai Gesi Aerospace Technology Co., Ltd. is a communications Internet satellite R&D and production enterprise jointly initiated and established by Shanghai Zhongke Chenxin Satellite Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Yuanxin Satellite Technology Co., Ltd. It is one of the core satellite manufacturers of the “Thousand Sails Constellation”. Its satellite factory in Songjiang, Shanghai, can produce 300 satellites annually, and 36 Qianfan constellation satellites have been successfully launched into orbit. <\/p>\n

Its satellite AIT production line can produce more than 30 remote sensing and communication small satellites annually, and it has successfully developed and launched 2 satellites. Sethbest Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. focuses on the innovation of aerospace intelligent aircraft and their application models. It is the earliest private aerospace enterprise in China to develop and apply ultra-low orbit space. In April this year, the “Tianjin Ultra-Low Orbit Ultra-High-Resolution Constellation Project” jointly launched by Seth Base and Tianjin TEDA Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. completed key technology verification. The project plans to deploy 48 satellites to build an ultra-high-resolution remote sensing observation system that can cover the world. The core technical team has rich experience in model development and has developed and launched a total of 44 satellites so far. Once put into operation, the Gongda Satellite R&D and Test Headquarters Base will be able to produce 180 500-kilogram satellites per year. It currently holds orders for more than 100 satellites and is expected to deliver 20 this year. <\/p>\n

Hunan Sidereite Satellite Technology Co., Ltd. is an enterprise dedicated to the research and development of innovative micro-nano satellite technology and the production of entire satellites. It focuses on the R&D and manufacturing of small, micro and nano satellite platforms and entire satellite projects below the tonnage level. In July 2023, Sederet signed a simple satellite development contract with Zhuzhou Space Interstellar Satellite Technology Co., Ltd. and was responsible for the satellite development of the “Zhuzhou Constellation”. On October 25, 2024, its satellite intelligent manufacturing factory was officially put into operation, with an annual output of 150 microsatellites under 500 kilograms. Qianfan Constellation plans to deploy more than 15,000 satellites, which are mainly constructed in three phases: the first phase deploys 648 satellites to provide regional network coverage; the second phase deploys 1,296 satellites to provide global network coverage; the third phase plans to deploy more than 15,000 satellites to provide multiple business integration services.
