The services will leverage SSC Space Go and the Infostellar ground station networks virtualization platform.<\/p>\n<p>Under this agreement, SSC Space Go, SSC Space\u2019s newly launched global ground station service for small satellites and constellations, will support the FUSION-1mission. Through StellarStation, Infostellar\u2019s ground station networks virtualization platform, the mission will gain access to the communications opportunities required for satellite operations.<\/p>\n<p>As demand for small satellite constellations and satellite data applications continues to grow in Japan, the capability to flexibly utilize domestic and international ground station networks is becoming increasingly important for efficient satellite operations. This project demonstrates how a Japanese-operated satellite can leverage a new international ground station network architecture.
