This contract marks a pivotal step in advancing satellite positioning and orientation capabilities for both commercial and governmental space missions.<\/p>\n<p>With a proven track record spanning over 75 satellite missions, GomSpace will leverage its extensive expertise to develop a state-of-the-art AOCS platform. The forthcoming software will offer enhanced maintainability aimed at improving long-term support and maintenance to ensure operational reliability. It will also enable greater flexibility to accommodate evolving mission profiles and requirements. The Danish government\u2019s increased funding for ESA technology development programs, announced in January 2025, further underscores the nation\u2019s commitment to fostering innovation in the space sector.<\/p>\n<p>The new AOCS software will not only enhance GomSpace\u2019s standalone product offerings but will also serve as a foundational element within the company\u2019s comprehensive satellite platform solutions.
