Tendeg<\/strong>, a leading provider of deployable antenna systems for space applications, has completed the construction of its new 120,000-square-foot complex designed specifically to scale production of high-performance RF apertures for spacecraft. The Innovation Drive facility, situated in Colorado\u2019s aerospace hub, is now in the operational build-out phase and will soon support multiple ongoing programs in defense, intelligence, and commercial space sectors.<\/p>\n

As the global space arena grows increasingly contested, the capacity to manufacture precision hardware at scale has become a critical competitive advantage. Once viewed as niche or custom-built, deployable antennas are now vital infrastructure for secure communications, continuous sensing, and real-time intelligence within proliferated orbital systems.<\/p>\n

“Space dominance will be decided in part by industrial-scale production,” <\/strong>said <\/strong><\/em>Gregg Freebury<\/strong><\/em>, Founder and CEO of Tendeg<\/strong>. “The U.S. has the talent and the tools. With Innovation Drive, we’re adding industrial capacity for this critical asset. This facility is built to deliver the high-performing deployable <\/em>antennas<\/em> space missions require, at a pace national security demands.”<\/em><\/p>\n

Innovation Drive is equipped for parallel production of both small and large aperture reflectors through modular manufacturing bays, vertically integrated systems, and in-house testing and inspection. By uniting engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance under one roof, the facility shortens delivery timelines, mitigates risk, and increases output.<\/p>\n
