BeiDou has become one of four global satellite navigation systems recognized by the UN, along with the United States&#8217; GPS, Russia&#8217;s GLONASS and the European Union&#8217;s Galileo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">China also plans to expand the application of BeiDou to emerging areas such as industrial internet, the Internet of Things (IoT) and the Internet of Vehicles (IoV), while continuing to use the technology to empower the transformation of traditional industries.<\/span><\/span> <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>China&#8217;s BeiDou Navigation Satellite System (BDS) has become a new driver for economic and social development as its application scale continuously expand over the years.
