However, issues with the liberation of foam from the PAL ramp on the External Tank held back the return to regular missions. <\/font><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">Still, should NASA manage a \u2018clean\u2019 flight this summer, the space agency will kick off a 17 flight manifest (inclusive of STS-121) to finish off the assembly of the International Space Station (ISS). <\/font><\/p>\n<p><em><font color=\"#ff0000\"><font face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"90\" alt=\"\" hspace=\"5\" src=\"http:\/\/content.nasaspaceflight.com\/library\/1016\/AdBanners\/storelogo3.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" width=\"182\" align=\"left\" vspace=\"5\" border=\"0\"><\/font><\/font><\/em><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">Discovery was set to rollover yesterday, but a broken jack screw on the sling that will raise the orbiter over the transfer aisle to the stack was found to be broken upon inspection. <\/font><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">That was fixed this morning, allowing the rollover to take place. <\/font><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">Discovery mating should take place later tonight in what is set to be a busy day for the Shuttle Program.
