Show your support for manned space flight and support this site at the same time**<\/p>\n<p><\/font><\/em>While He3 holds great value to the new range of fusion nuclear power stations, it is not known why Sevastyanov would see value in an earlier target of exploitation from the lunar surface, when the new power stations are believed to be decades away from making He3 commercially viable. <\/font><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">RIA Novosti didn\u2019t quote Sevastyanov\u2019s claim for the reason they are looking towards a new Soyuz system for such a purpose, noting instead: \u2018Before the new Klipper space shuttle is there to take over, we will have to master new digital control systems that we are now installing on Soyuz (craft) instead of analogue parts.\u2019 <\/font><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"125\" alt=\"\" hspace=\"5\" src=\"http:\/\/www.awltovhc.com\/image-1911168-10418554\" width=\"125\" align=\"left\" vspace=\"5\" border=\"0\">The flamboyant \u2013 yet influential \u2013 Energia CEO is under no illusions about the 2012-2014 timeline it would take for his company to support Russia\u2019s first manned mission to the Moon, including the mining of isotope helium-3 by 2020. It is available on the Moon.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">\u2018The earth\u2019s reserves of helium-3 are so negligible that their industrial use is absolutely out of the question.
