It will likely be sent into space some time next month with a Polish piggyback satellite BRITE-PL. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; margin-bottom: 1em\">The Gaofen-2 satellite was developed by China Academy of Space Technology and the Long March-4B rocket was developed by Shanghai Academy of Spaceflight Technology. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; margin-bottom: 1em\">Gaofen-2 is the second satellite of the high-definition earth observation system (HDEOS).
