transform: initial !important; vertical-align: initial !important; visibility: inherit !important;\"><\/path><\/svg>&nbsp;Space Activities<\/h2>\n<p>FCC Chairman Brendan Carr said the revised framework is designed to improve the quality and predictability of licensing decisions.<\/p>\n<p>Among the changes highlighted by Carr is a provision allowing multiple satellites to be co-located within a single orbital slot.<\/p>\n<p>He also said the new rules simplify licensing procedures for emerging space activities, including orbital transfer vehicles and commercial lunar missions.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cThe new rules establish bright lines and eliminate fuzzy standards. They keep licensing focused on the FCC\u2019s core statutory responsibilities: spectrum management, harmful interference, national security, and orbital debris.
