Iridium has provided a GMDSS service since 2020.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Intellian said with this launch, it is the only manufacturer to offer a dedicated terminal for every service tier of Iridium Certus. The terminal provides full distress alert, safety voice, maritime safety information, ship security alert system, and long-range identification and tracking (LRIT)<\/p>\n<p>The CM100 GMDSS is designed to be easy and compact to install, by combining the below deck unit and the user terminal into a single safety control unit.
