{"id":47816,"date":"2025-12-22T21:24:11","date_gmt":"2025-12-22T13:24:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wp-productionenv-bjg9h2g2bgg5b8aa.southeastasia-01.azurewebsites.net\/news\/tory-bruno-resigns-from-ula\/"},"modified":"2025-12-22T21:24:11","modified_gmt":"2025-12-22T13:24:11","slug":"tory-bruno-resigns-from-ula","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/starpath.global\/news\/tory-bruno-resigns-from-ula\/","title":{"rendered":"Tory Bruno Resigns from ULA"},"content":{"rendered":"<\/p>\n<p>Tory Bruno, CEO of <b>United Launch Alliance <\/b>(ULA) for nearly 12 years, has resigned from the position, ULA said in a statement on Monday.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>ULA sent out a statement from Robert Lightfoot, ULA Lockheed Martin board chair, and Kay Sears, ULA Boeing board chair, stating that Bruno \u201chas resigned to pursue another opportunity.\u201d ULA\u2019s COO, John Elbon, has been named as interim CEO.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are grateful for Tory\u2019s service to ULA and the country, and we thank him for his leadership,\u201d the statement said.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Bruno took the helm of ULA in 2014. He previously served as the vice president and general manager of Lockheed Martin Strategic and Missile Defense Systems. <\/p>\n<p>Bruno led ULA through the introduction of the Vulcan rocket, which was years in development with many delays. Vulcan had its first launch in January of last year and has only launched twice since its debut.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThank you. It has been a great privilege to lead ULA through its transformation and to bring Vulcan into service.
