This mobility cloud will be enabled by <strong>Core42<\/strong>\u2019s Sovereign Public Cloud which leverages Microsoft Azure. The initiative aims to combine Space42\u2019s mobility expertise with Microsoft\u2019s cloud and logistics application suite. It aims to accelerate the deployment of autonomous mobility solutions while ensuring that data remains securely hosted in the UAE. The two companies announced the deal, Sept. 24<\/p>\n<p>At its core, the cloud will aim to provide trusted infrastructure for mobility data and autonomous systems. Secondly, it will provide critical platforms for HD mapping, telematics, fleet operations, traffic management, and digital twins. It will also aim to secure data-sharing across government, industry, and research stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>Space42 gave the example of its TXAI autonomous taxi service in the UAE, which has logged nearly 20,000 passenger trips.<\/p>\n<p>The Sovereign Mobility Cloud will allow Space42 to lead application deployment, liaise with regulators, and drive adoption through pilots, demonstrations, and commercial rollouts. Microsoft and Ce42 will supply the sovereign enabled cloud foundation using their UAE region, AI platforms, and data governance and security frameworks. Microsoft will also provide training, technical expertise, and co-investment to grow the ecosystem.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMicrosoft Azure delivers the secure, trusted foundation that empowers the UAE\u2019s Sovereign Mobility Cloud.
