This has implications for covert sensing, unmanned systems, congested logistics tracking, and tagging\/tracking\/locating applications.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis collaboration reflects our growing engagement with defense and federal partners,\u201d said Globalstar CEO Dr. Paul E.
