The deal includes annual capacity minimums. BlackSky said its subscription-based model allows the customer to adopt these capabilities into daily intelligence operations.<\/p>\n<p>BlackSky CEO, Brian O\u2019Toole commented: \u201cHigh-cadence monitoring has become a foundational piece for many of our customers\u2019 daily intelligence operations. This commitment now gives the customer priority, long-term access to capacity with the flexibility to accommodate novel Gen-3 features as end-user requirements evolve.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This follows after BlackSky announced the shipment of its first Gen-3 satellite on Jan. 23.
