All.Space announced Wednesday that Paul McCarter will succeed Finney as CEO, effective immediately.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Finney was previously the chief commercial officer of O3b Networks. He founded the company in 2013 as Isotropic Systems to design a multi-orbit antenna to match the innovation of multi-orbit satellite constellations. The company rebranded as All.Space in 2022.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>All.Space\u2019s core technology is a multi-orbit, multi-beam satellite terminal that allows end users to connect with multiple satellites in multiple orbits at the same time with full-performance links. This has been validated in tests with the U.S. military.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Finney wrote in a LinkedIn post that one of the most crucial lessons he has learned as a founder is when to pass the baton. He will continue to be involved with the company as founder and board director.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBuilding something from the ground up is a journey driven by passion and dedication, but true leadership also means recognizing when fresh perspectives and diverse skill sets can propel the company to greater heights,\u201d Finney wrote. By stepping down as CEO, I\u2019m ensuring that All.Space has the right leadership to embrace the exciting opportunities ahead.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>McCarter joined All.Space in January as chief operations officer. Finney said that McCarter\u2019s transition to CEO has been \u201cmeticulously planned\u201d over a six-month period to ensure continuity for customers as the company prepares to ramp up activity.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>McCarter previously served in the British Army and has had a career in CEO and managing director roles in Racal, Thales, Cobham and Serco.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am thrilled to lead All.Space at this pivotal moment,\u201d McCarter commented. \u201cJohn Finney\u2019s vision has laid a robust foundation with our revolutionary satellite technology.
