The two companies announced the merger, April 5.<\/p>\n<p>Novaspace has 10 offices around the world and a team of 130 professionals representing 25 countries. It aims to meet local requirements and support stakeholders across the global space industry. It will be anchored by six partners and an extended leadership team.<\/p>\n<p>The combined Novaspace remains privately owned and fully independent.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis merger marks a significant milestone in our journey.
