Openserve is Africa\u2019s largest telecommunications infrastructure provider and a subsidiary of <b>Telkom SA SOC<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>The project, announced Tuesday, will improve network performance and help deliver higher throughputs to end customers at a lower cost.
