In this role, Ratigan will oversee new business initiatives aligned with Comtech\u2019s strategic pursuits. Comtech announced the appointment on Wednesday.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ratigan is the former CEO and president of iDirect Government and was on the executive committee of ST Engineering iDirect. He is credited with establishing iDirect Government and growing the company from a startup to $100 million in annual revenue.
