The companies are targeting a 2025 availability date. The antenna will be in the Satcom Direct Plane Simple antenna series portfolio.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Satcom Direct said the ESA terminal will provide global coverage for aviation customers in business, government, and defense, and customer requirements to lower aircraft drag, weight and fuel burn.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Gilat CEO Adi Sfadia said it is a milestone for the company to expand its IFC leadership.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTogether, we will create a next-generation ESA to support the dynamic connectivity demands of the global business aviation sector with a best-in-class antenna.
