Comtech announced the award on July 13.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Fairwinds is a tech systems integrator. The contract was made through the NASA solutions for enterprise-wide procurement (SEWP) V catalog.<\/p>\n<p>CEO Ken Peterman said this order makes the company the leading provider of next-generation Troposcatter systems for the U.S. Army.
