CesiumAstro, which builds \u200b\u200bactive phased arrays, said the deal will help the company expand to Europe and improve its end-to-end communication solution.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>CesiumAstro announced the deal Jan. 17, financial terms were not disclosed. TXMission\u2019s office in Watford, outside of London, will become CesiumAstro\u2019s first office in the United Kingdom<\/p>\n<p>TXMission specializes in smallsat modem communications. The company designs and manufactures high performance modems for smallsats, ground stations, and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTXMission\u2019s modem capabilities are unrivaled, and together we can build a stronger end-to-end communications solution for our customers,\u201d said Shey Sabripour, founder and CEO of CesiumAstro. \u201cAcquiring TXMission provides a foundation for establishing an office in the United Kingdom, where we are investing to grow our presence.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>CesiumAstro recently signed a deal to provide the active phased array payload for Saturn Satellite Networks\u2019 Space Broadband Networks satellite program.
