Damphousse starts the role immediately, and in this role, she will lead Ball Aerospace\u2019s Washington, D.C. office; guide public policy, regulatory and government relations activities; and lead the company\u2019s strategic planning and partnerships.&nbsp;Damphousse has been with Ball Aerospace for around 14 years.<\/p>\n<p>Most recently, Damphousse served as senior director within the business unit where she managed government relationships and agendas to drive business priorities forward. Prior to Ball Aerospace, Damphousse served as a legislative advisor to U.S. Senator Robert Bennett of Utah and U.S. Senator Mitch McConnell of Kentucky.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHope is a respected leader with an impeccable record of solving complex challenges through strong, collaborative relationships, trusted communications and a passion and dedication for mission success. She brings extensive government and legislative affairs experience to her new role as the company\u2019s senior executive in the Washington, D.C. area.
