{"id":56140,"date":"2022-01-05T17:46:35","date_gmt":"2022-01-05T09:46:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wp-productionenv-bjg9h2g2bgg5b8aa.southeastasia-01.azurewebsites.net\/news\/raytheon-intelligence-space-names-new-heads-of-space-and-blue-canyon-technologies\/"},"modified":"2022-01-05T17:46:35","modified_gmt":"2022-01-05T09:46:35","slug":"raytheon-intelligence-space-names-new-heads-of-space-and-blue-canyon-technologies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/starpath.global\/news\/raytheon-intelligence-space-names-new-heads-of-space-and-blue-canyon-technologies\/","title":{"rendered":"Raytheon Intelligence &#038; Space Names New Heads of Space and Blue Canyon Technologies"},"content":{"rendered":"<\/p>\n<p>Raytheon Intelligence &amp; Space (RI&amp;S) on Tuesday announced two new executive appointments within the business segment, naming Kristin Robertson as president of the Space &amp; C2 business unit and Brad Tousley as the president of the company\u2019s <strong>Blue Canyon Technologies<\/strong> subsidiary.<\/p>\n<p>Robertson joins RI&amp;S from <strong>Boeing<\/strong>, where she worked since 1994, most recently spending more than three years as vice president and general manager for the Autonomous Systems Division where she had leadership responsibilities for programs such as the MQ-25 unmanned aircraft refueling drone, the Extra-Large Unmanned Undersea Vehicle, the RQ-21 Blackjack unmanned aircraft system, and other programs.<\/p>\n<p>RI&amp;S, one of four operating segments of <strong>Raytheon Technologies<\/strong>, also highlighted that Robertson \u201cled and grew several multi-billion-dollar product lines\u201d at Boeing.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKristin brings a wealth of experience to RI&amp;S as well as a proven track record of leading and growing complex product lines,\u201d Roy Azevedo, president of RI&amp;S, said in a statement. \u201cShe and the S&amp;C2 team will help us meet growing space market demand and support our customer\u2019s evolving missions.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Tousley, who most recently served as head of Advanced Concepts &amp; Technology at RI&amp;S, reports to Robertson. He joined RTC in 2019 as president of BBN Technologies within RI&amp;S and has also worked at <strong>Ball Aerospace<\/strong>, the <strong>Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency<\/strong> and the <strong>National Reconnaissance Offic<\/strong>e.<\/p>\n<p>Raytheon Technologies acquired Blue Canyon just over a year ago.
