Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Satellite manufacturer Terran Orbital is in the midst of going public through a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) merger. The company also recently announced plans to build a massive, 660,000-square foot manufacturing facility on Florida\u2019s Merritt Island.<\/p>\n<p>Redwire offers a range of advanced components and spacecraft solutions, including lightweight high compaction rollable solar array systems and avionics systems.
