It is a web-based platform where vetted users create and update geospatial features in a crowdsourced map. It has been used for remote unclassified mission support during the COVID-19 pandemic.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This award builds on an October 2018 previous Small Business Innovation Research Phase III program award.
