She will serve as a member of OneWeb\u2019s executive committee abd be responsible for leading all legal and regulatory aspects of the business and corporate transactions including M&amp;A, legal, regulatory, privacy compliance, risk &amp; compliance, executive remuneration and corporate governance\/company secretarial.<\/p>\n<p>Hoosen has two decades of legal and regulatory expertise in the U.K. technology, media, and telecommunications sectors. She&nbsp;previously served as chief legal officer and company secretary for British motoring association <strong>AA plc<\/strong>, where she led the legal and regulatory aspects of the organization\u2019s public-to-private sale to <strong>Warburg Pincu<\/strong>s and <strong>TowerBrook<\/strong>.
