Satellite Services<\/strong>, which operates <b>Yes DTH<\/b> in Israel. Yes will continue to lease capacity from the AMOS-7 and AMOS-3 satellites at Spacecom\u2019s 4 degrees West orbital hotspot. Yes is the sole direct broadcast satellite television provider in Israel.<\/p>\n<p>The Israeli satellite operator said in a July 12 announcement that this increases the company\u2019s backlog to $100 million. This agreement comes with two potential six-month extension periods that could add an additional $7 million in revenue.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSigning this two-year extension with Yes allows them to simultaneously use both AMOS-3 and AMOS-7 and continues the recent positive momentum accelerating Spacecom\u2019s development,\u201d commented Spacecom CEO Dan Zajicek. \u201cThis includes significant deals such as our investment in Canada\u2019s <b>NuRAN Wireless<\/b> and the approximately $9 million extension of services agreement on AMOS-3 with <b>Magyar Telekom<\/b>, from the <b>Deutsche Telekom<\/b> group.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In addition, Spacecom announced that it has extended its lease agreement with <strong>Asiasat<\/strong>, which owns the AMOS-7 satellite, until 2024 with a reduced lease fee of $14 million.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Hungarian information technology and telecommunications company <strong>4iG Plc.<\/strong> is currently in negotiations to take a majority 51% stake in Spacecom. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Spacecom has signed an extension deal worth $14 million with D.B.S.
