The acquisition was first announced in November 2020. The Launch Company develops standardized hardware and works to support space launches through automation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This is the latest milestone for Voyager Space Holdings, which is working to create a vertically integrated publicly traded New Space Company that can execute any mission.
