Planet\u2019s satellite imagery will now be added to Everbridge\u2019s Visual Command Center, through which organizations manage operations, supply chain, and resiliency. Everbridge\u2019s CEM platform is used by more than 5,300 global firms.<\/p>\n<p>Everbridge said adding satellite imagery will help governments and corporations mitigate the impact of natural and manmade disasters, which could allow responders to pinpoint where roads and other infrastructure sustained damage.&nbsp;Annie Asrari, senior director of the Everbridge Partner Ecosystem said Planet\u2019s satellite imagery will give customers \u201cunparalleled insights into local conditions to support a variety of high-impact customer use cases.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur partnership with Everbridge expands the way our new and existing users can combine global, high-resolution satellite imagery with effective crisis mitigation to protect people, operations and assets,\u201d said Dina Kazzaz, head of Business Development at Planet. \u201cThese insights will allow our customers to better understand rapidly evolving conditions on the ground and respond to disasters more quickly and effectively.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Planet has landed a deal to supply its imagery to critical event management (CEM) company Everbridge.
