The rocket took off at approximately 5:30 p.m. EST Monday from the company\u2019s Space Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida.<\/p>\n<p>The satellite separated from its rocket at an altitude of about 630 kilometers. Anasis-11 is scheduled to reach its intended target orbit in two weeks. The satellite\u2019s manufacturer, Airbus, will hand off the satellite to the South Korean in October.<\/p>\n<p>The mission was delayed for nearly a week so that SpaceX could conduct additional booster checks.
