In order to make the space industry accessible for everyone, it\u2019s important to understand what the phrase truly means.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A woman with many titles, Nicole is the director of projects for <strong>Students for the Exploration and Development of Space<\/strong> (SEDS), director of the student space ambassador program for <strong>The Mars Generation<\/strong>, and a database administrator for <strong>Made in Space<\/strong>. She recently submitted an abstract about the importance of young leadership in the space industry, and why it is crucial to foster an environment that young leaders thrive in.
