He had decades of experience in systems engineering; project, station and technical management; installation and field engineering for satellite, microwave and fiber optic communications throughout the world.<\/p>\n<p>Richard\u2019s career included work with <strong>Globalstar, Space Systems Loral, Hughes, Singaport Telecom, Sprint, Harris Corp.<\/strong>, and <strong>Comtech<\/strong>.
