Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Amphinicy\u2019s software portfolio includes modern monitoring and control system Monica and a wideband software modem called Blink used by industry leaders across the EO and satcom sectors. ETL said that Amphinicy will continue to operate its software business autonomously within the ETL Systems group, maintaining a vendor-agnostic approach. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The company is developing ViSAGE, a virtualized 5G-non-terrestrial network (NTN) gateway-as-a-service platform. ETL said the acquisition will accelerate the transition towards digital, software-defined and virtualized satellite networks.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cThe satcom market is changing rapidly. Our customers increasingly expect partners who can deliver complete solutions that combine proven RF [radio frequency] performance with digital capabilities. Bringing Amphinicy on board represents an important milestone in that journey for us,\u201d ETL CEO Kevin Dunne said. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Amphinicy is headquartered in Zagreb, Croatia, and has an office in Luxembourg.
