Additionally, Douglas Hutcheson is joining the Kymeta Board of Directors and will be named executive chairman.<\/p>\n<p>Berger most recently served as COO and CFO of <strong>Nuvectra<\/strong>, a neuromodulation medical device platform company. Before joining Nuvectra, he served in senior executive positions at <strong>AppDynamics<\/strong>, a next-generation application intelligence company, which was acquired by <strong>Cisco<\/strong>. He also held senior executive positions at <strong>SoftLayer<\/strong>, a cloud computing company, which was acquired by<strong> IBM<\/strong>, and <strong>Leap Wireless<\/strong>. Additionally, he has held several executive operating, financial, and general leadership roles in various industry verticals and brings extensive experience as a senior business leader ranging from Fortune 500 companies to private equity and venture capital invested companies.
