Additionally, this includes remotely piloted aircraft and Communications on-the-Move (COTM) assets.<\/p>\n<p>The face value of this action is approximately $8.6 million, and funded by fiscal 2019 operations and maintenance funds. Primary performance will be at the contractor\u2019s facility, and its period is Feb. 16, 2019 through Feb. 15, 2020.
