The application asks for an STA to conduct experimental equipment testing in the 3.7 GHz to 4.2 GHz band, in hopes to advance the company\u2019s understanding of technology and network potential in the C-band.<\/p>\n<p>According to Charter, the company \u201cplans to characterize the impact under all possible permutations of power, transmitter height, and location, and also quantify spatial and power isolation requirements between the 5G transmitter and satellite receiver. The proposed operations will advance Charter\u2019s understanding of the impact of wireless access technologies on satellite receivers and help find solutions to co-exist for both technologies in the C-band.
