The Proxima I and II satellites are successfully in-orbit, laying the groundwork for the Centauri launches as planned.<\/p>\n<p>Centauri I is a 3U nanosatellite, designed by Fleet Space Technologies and built by <strong>Pumpkin Space Systems<\/strong>. The nanosatellite will form a constellation of Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellites powering a global network of connected sensors and devices. According to the release, a single satellite has the ability to cover 90 percent of the Earth.
