With the increased adoption of 4G technology, data roaming traffic of European Union operators has tripled year-on-year, according to Telefonica\u2019s International Wholesale Business CEO Juan Carlos Bernal.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIPX providers like Telef\u00f3nica have a key role to play to provide mobile operators with the interconnection options they need to meet customer connectivity and experience expectations.
