The round included <strong>Razor\u2019s Edge Ventures<\/strong>, Allied Minds, and <strong>Shield Capital<\/strong>. Additional investors are expected to subscribe further capital to a second closing of the transaction.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Proceeds from the transaction will be applied to fund the development, build, and launch costs of the company\u2019s first commercial satellite cluster and for general commercial purposes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u201cThis [first commercial] cluster will augment our PathFinder Cluster scheduled for launch later this year,\u201d said HawkEye 360 Chief Executive Officer John Serafini. \u201cWe have completed the build and pre-launch testing of our PathFinder Cluster and have built a significant order backlog.
