Eclipse\u2019s founder,&nbsp;Todd McNeil, will assume the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis acquisition is very compelling on the strategic, technology and financial fronts,\u201d said Bohnsack. \u201cEclipse\u2019s unique light-weight antenna technology products complement our business and extends our portfolio of solutions available to the government and military sectors.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Eclipse Composite\u2019s antenna solutions are based on nano-composite materials and are designed to meet the rigorous standards of the U.S. military.
