According to De Poli Tankers, it chose to retain the Sealink Plus service for the future as it combines high-bandwidth Very Small Aperture Terminals (VSATs) with unlimited L-band back-up in a single bundle.<\/p>\n<p>De Poli Tankers first migrated to Marlink VSAT from L-band only communications in 2013 to improve fleet and business operations while offering more availability and quality for its crew communication facilities.<\/p>\n<p>Marlink delivers Sealink Plus through 1-meter Ku-band antennas, while the company\u2019s XChange centralized IT and communications management system provides simplified administration including managing time slots for crew usage.<\/p>\n<p>Supporting De Poli Tankers to manage its fleet more effectively, <strong>Maritime Performances <\/strong>has also deployed Marlink\u2019s SkyFile Mail solution including SkyFile Electronic Notice of Arrival\/Departure (ENOAD), which allows users to comply with the latest <strong>U.S. Coast Guard<\/strong> regulations.
